Title: Buy Aquaria and never play the game because they don't care their buyers

The theme is in the tittle. I made the big mistake to buy Aquaria here and they NEVER gave me a valid download link, NEVER answered my mails, but IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED MY PAYMENT. Those who read this and who have not earned the game yet, DON't DO IT!! I bought it two weeks ago and stiil didn't see a f...ing pixel.

This shouldn't happen. Who did you contact?

I can try reactivating the download link and see if it works; they have a 24 hour lifespan, this may be where your problem was. I'm sorry that this happened to you, let's get it sorted out :) We do care about our buyers!

Perhaps you should've made a forum post like this a long time ago instead of waiting and raging out?

Chill man, sometimes links have technical problems, and you never actually got in contact with anyone to fix it. You already have a person responding who is trying to help you out and has helped out people previously with similar problems.

Thank you guys to answer me. To be honest, i'm really getting crasy with that story. I sended 6 mails to admin@bit-blot, never answered, the same to Plimus.... you are the only ones who make me feel not like a ghost...  :).
Nava, i'm going to contact you so and let see what will happen. Sorry to be rude but i'm really upset  :(

Ok! Thank you to Nava who solved my problem as promised. I'll spend the whole day playing that game to kill my frustration  :D

Indie developers care, unless they managed to completely forget about their past (ahem, 2D Boy, though I haven't checked up on them recently).

(PS not trying to make accusations here.)
