Man, if you bought it once on steam you should be good to just redownload it there. I don't see any reason why you need a personal conversation with Alec or Derek for this.

i did not buy it on steam. it was on my old hd and it just went kaputski.

As mentioned in like 10 other posts on the forums (:P), please email me at chrissy at infiniteammo dot ca with your name, original order references number, the email address you purchased with, etc., and I can get it reactivated for you. Alec and Derek don't generally handle this stuff, but I am happy to :)
