Alec can't be Canadian and computer programmer at the same time since they don't have electricity down there.

On a side note; are you siblings related to Nanook of the North? Oh, and maybe you know my friend from Toronto- his name is Jim. I ask because, apart from you two, there must only be about a dozen or so other Canucks. I'm sure you're pretty much all neighbors in that frozen, barren wasteland.

Also; your money has caught the gay- not that there's anything wrong with that.

Naw man, but Robertson Davies was a fine hunk of man meat.

I want to visit.  I did see a lot of you guys in South Florida though, in the form of "snowbirds." (Canadians who travel south for the summer, usually retired, for those who didn't know.)

Hi Alec!
I'm canadian too - Montreal, Quebec. I'm also an amateur video game developer like you. I develop shareware with other guys from Germany, Sweden and USA. By the way, Aquaria looks great! I especially enjoy the music. Too bad I won't be able to play it... I have a Mac.  :(

According to Uncyclopedia, Pat Fiacco, our current mayor won the world's strongest moustache competition. I was fixing it up so Regina didn't look like a pile of crap. And, yeah, let's face it, Regina does.

It supposedly smells like it's name, but since I never got a whiff of that, I wouldn't know how or where, and even if I did, if I were hanging around the smell of it all the time, my nose wouldn't be able to tell if it were real or not.

Ha! I remember jokes about Regina/Vagina for skit night at camp when I was like... in grade 4. Classic!

I visited Regina once. It had the quietest downtown of any city. And clean too. It was kinda nice.

As a member of Regina, I thank you, then. I still find it too noisy and wish I could go back to Besnard Lake, to live at Collin's Camps again, it was nice. I had to move back to the city because my dad's health plummeted and we needed to be by a medical core. He's dead now. You should visit Besnard lake for vacation next time. Get Directions at Prince Albert. I'd say it's about an hour and a half northwest of La Ronge, if you decide to break the speed limit.

I AM surprised to find someone else who comes from Granby here.  Well, I'm not exactly from Granby, I'm from Canton de Shefford, but it's almost the same.  But still, 2 people from (near) Granby on this forum was not something I expected.  I expected at most 10 people from Qc, most of them from Montreal...

I'm not really from Canada, but visiting a seminar called "Performing ethnicity in early-20th-century Canada" this semester.
Then I've also watched this Canadian TV-Series called "Slings & Arrows" which I loved (and still love, still have the 3rd season left).

These were more or less the only contacts I had with Canada and Canadian culture (except maybe for Rodney McKay).
Propably more than the average American (I'm not American).

There was a short time in my life I thought to live in Canada - it's a nice country. But now, when I saw how beautiful locations are around my town, I'd rather never think of moving elsewhere. It's funny how people wan't to travel through whole world, whilst they even don't know the "backsides" of their own homelands  ::) The same thing happened with me  ???

BTW, greetz to you all living in Canada  ;)
