I don't think I'm being OVERLY impatient anymore; I ordered 2 copies of the game at around 6:10 pst. We're coming up on 6 hours later, and nothing in my email. (Not in the junk folder, and not in the spam filter. My filter does not turn away anything, it just quarantines it; nothing in the quarantine.)
Any ideas? Thanks for your help! (note, the mail for the order was d * a * n @ r * e * a * g * a * n * p * l * a * c * e . c * o * m)

What is your email service? Try adding admin@bit-blot.com to your contacts list so it knows to specifically allow those through. I've had a problem where gmail weeded out an email completely, not even to the spam folder, but when I added the originating address it came right through. Once you do that see if there is a link to resend the confirmation emails. Otherwise I'd contact Bit-Blot directly at admin@bit-blot.com

I have the same issue.
I've fired away an e-mail to Bit-Blot to see if they can do something about it.
Now when I think about it, I had the same issue with GameTrailers, registered my account there maybe a week ago, still no e-mail. Hmmm.
I've never had any issues like this before.

I presume Plimus has confirmed the transaction etc.? I'm in the same boat regarding two unreceived copies, but that's just because PayPal has yet to clear the payment.

Haven't got any e-mail at all really. But it looked as if the payment went just fine according to the page (used my Vida card directly). Can't log into my bank right now to check if everything went ok either.

I had the same problem. After waiting for some half a day, I went to the plimus homepage to settle this issue. Fortunately, while I was there, it stored my account information, like the serial # and other information. Also in there, if you click the appropriate help topic, it'll give you the download link automatically. Hope that helps!

Holy crap Rusted, you are my hero! I was able to re-send the emails from the Plimus website (after temporarily disengaging my spam filters), and I am downloading the game now. :D :D :D

I was happy to figure out the solution too ^^ I'm not trusting my spam filter anymore. I wonder how many countless emails I missed because of that.

Well, it's been 36 hours and I still didn't get the confirmation email. it's not in my spam folder either. when I try to log in with the order number at the plimus site, it says "This order is currently being processed, access to it using this system is not possible at this time, please try again later "
That's not possible, since I paid through a verified paypal account. it should've instantly went through.
I didn't get any replies from their support, nor from you guys at bit-blot (I sent an email your way yesterday)
Unless I can get this resolved today, i'm retracting my payment. I want to support you guys, but apparently no one wants to support me. ???

Can you email me your contact info? I can check your order status.
zaphire@gmail.com
Thanks!

Hey guys, i had the same problem, but like rusted, i was able to get my download and license key straight from Plimus.
Here's how to do it.
1. Go to www.plimus.com (http://www.plimus.com)
2. go to support, customer support
3. click on "click here" right below where you enter your reference number. enter in your email and last 4 of credit card.
4. in the order page, in one part it will show you your license. at the top is your order refernce number. copy this into the support, customer support page.
5. enter in email as well. check the dot next to "did not recieve product". it will give you a download link.
Hope this helps you guys!

I'm having the same problem as the guy above where I get to this point and it tells me "This order is currently being processed, access to it using this system is not possible at this time, please try again later." I've only waited 4 hours or so though, so maybe I'm just being impatient.
edit: turns out I was being impatient after all, Plimus emailed me after 7 hours and made me re-enter my phone number before they gave me the link :)

@#$% Plimus and their 12 hours to verify my order... :(
-
We can resend download links, you just have to email us with some identifying info. (for example your full name and maybe the email address that you ordered the game with)

Well, after 3 days the payment finally bounced back. apparently having a separate contact email than my paypal address means i'm a crook! ::)
Anyways, I just ordered again (this time I used my paypal address as my main email) and instantly got the download link.
Thanks for the help Alec.

Better for paypal, and you (believe it or not) to err on the side of caution, than to let some put fake charges on your account. I'm sure even you can agree with that.

I agree that it's better to be safe than sorry, but what ticked me off is that they didn't even try to check whether it was legit or not. I wasn't contacted once about this in 3 days, it simply bounced back eventually. and that's after I emailed their support from my actual paypal address to clear things up.
