Title: Swamp cake doesn't seem to do what it claims?

It has "Fish form" listed as one of its benefits, but when I eat it, my character doesn't seem any different.  Am I missing something?

"Fish Form" indicates WHEN the recipe can be used, not what its effects will be ;)
