Hello,
I want to check out the Linux beta version of Aquaria - with window mode. Any idea how to get out the mouse out of the game window whilst gaming ?
Thank you.

If it were Windows I'd say alt-tab.... I believe it was the same in Linux. HOWEVER, if you're using some emulator for Linux you probably need to configure it first.
My Linux knowledge is very old and primitive.

I don't use an emulator but the just released Linux version of the game. It wasn't alt + tab.
But thank you for the try.
Any other ideas ?
Thank you

Then I have another idea... in windows you can minimize the window by going Alt+Space, then pressing N, but I'm not sure if it works in games.
The alternative for Linux is Windows Key and - (Minus) OR Alt+F9
Btw, you might also try Alt+Shift+Tab, it's an alternative for Alt-tab.
If nothing of that works I'm out of ideas. @_@

Shift just reverses the direction you're cycling programs.
If you have multiple workspaces, can you change with ctrl+alt+arrowkeys?

Yeah this is old and my minor issue is with the released linux version, not the beta. Not being able to free the mouse in linux is frustrating, any ideas? I work at home often and having to stop the program mixed with long travel distances and save points makes it sort of a pain (though doesn't stop me from playing ;) )I've tried everything I can think of. I'll search for more if anyone knows of a way to get a console ingame.
Since this is my first post, let me also say GREAT GAME!

Yeah, I'm replying to myself ;)
Reddit post listed ctrl g as the mouse escape and it works for me.

Is there a way to free the mouse without having to press a keyboard shortcut and just being able to move the mouse out of the window normally?
It's funny how so much of Aquaria is about breaking free when they trap our mouse. ^^;
