Found what there?
In that cave in the lower right, you need to sing a song in front of the spiral patterned door (may look like a tombstone). The song is written on a wall in the lower right of the same cave, I think.
After that the door opens, and you just swim into it to get to the next area.

Later in the game, if you don't know where to go, simply try to discover everything in the map, it's more useful if you try to follow the indications of the cinematics. And if you see something impossible to cross, probably it's impossible by the moment.
