Title: How do you save?
Post by: squirreljuggler on June 10, 2009, 06:20:46 pm
I managed to save after about 3 mins of play in the demo at a red crystal....
Now I'm in her home waters where there is another red crystal, but nothing happens automatically?
Exactly how do you save please? or is this red crystal in her home a red herring?

You right click on them.  Right click is interact, so whenever you come across something new, try right clicking on it.  If it's interactive, the cursor will change to a pulsating circle when you mouse over it.

Hey, don't feel bad; I wrote Alec and complained that I couldn't get the passage to Mithalas Cathedral to open and even sent my save files before he told me I had failed to right-click to get Naija to sit... and it took a month for me to realize pressing the escape key gets you to the mini-menu. It helps a ton to do a search of the forum when you have a question, but it can be tedious when you get seventeen results. Good for you for putting it out there.

The game could use some help files like a manual.

The game could use some help files like a manual.

New version has a help feature built into the game.

I didn't know there was a new version. How do we upgrade to that?

Newest is 1.1.1/1.1.2.

To upgrade, just shoot me a PM with the email address you ordered the game from and your order reference number if you have it.
