Title: how to transform without singing

I've seen people transform between the different forms without having to go back to the original form and sing.
ie. instant transformation, i am wondering how one does that? because that'd really help...

I know this might be a noobish question.

For bonus points, don't forget 9 and 0 for the two base-form songs, Shield and Bind.
