I think he means that each section requires lots of mouse moving and clicking, and that trying both risks injury.  :) (Also possible: his brain exploded after trying to beat Simon Says).  ;)

After having done the Race Acheivement...

And then, after all the trouble, computer crashed without saving... or the brain thingy happened.
