So I'm sort of stuck in the sun tower, during which I found some cool wall climbing trick in nature form. Next I try to use this trick to get up high (some other thread said to 'go to the upper right corner') and suddenly after an hour of trying and trying to master this technique (it's bloody damn hard) I jump trough a wall :(

After jumping a bit to the right I find this:

Finding a secret is nice and all, but I really would have preferred a normal wall...

Congratulations! You just found one of the Sun Temple treasures. Along with the gear, the key creates a series of moving gears in Naija's basement. :)

Btw, is this nature form wall climbing a required skill? Or am I just ninja'ing things?

Glad to help, Cryzbl. :) Nature form wall climbing is invaluable (especially when acquiring Rukh eggs and "ninja'ing.") ;)

Hey! *pokes Chibi* I wasn't ruining anything!! :P Anyways, I haven't used the nature form to experience those ninja skills yet... who would have thought. I never needed that to attain the rukh eggs.... of course I've never gotten the one on the lower ledge yet... but no one yet has proof that they have made that jump. :P

Well, I'm sure I'd fail at it too if I tried. I may not be as old as some gamers here... ahem, silverflagon :P ...but I too have noticed that I am not as quick in responses in games as I use to be when I was younger.

Are you guys talking about that spot, entirely to the upper right edge of the map? (there's a shark in the water)
And with a bit of simple wall jumping you get to the top where you find some bird's nest with a Rukh Egg in it? Or that mysterious ledge a bit below it?

Nice chat, chibi, dm, but what about telling him/her about the gear he have to rotate to raise the water so that s/he don't have to waste hours on jumping? ;)
Cryzbl: There is a gear (some text should pop up if you swim near it) and you can rotate it through pressing R and the left mouse button. It raises the water level and then you can swim up to the place you want to go. :)

It was more fun the way he was doing... btw, I did it that way myself at first too. : P but it still got me nowhere because you do have to use the gear for the crystal puzzle. :P

Cryzbl: yes the mysterious ledge a bit below it. No one has proof of making it to there yet. 1 person has claimed to make it by making the nature form boost jump from the other side of the water... but it must have been sheer luck to make it.

Heh, thanks, strange though I can't remember that... I probably wasn't paying attention (although I usually do read every text the game gives to me).

Anyway, if you swim up with the crystal while the water is coming down it'll stop moving once it hits the air (ie flying mid-air). Which reveals some lazy programming :P

Don't get me wrong, being lazy is one of the primary symptoms of programming. ;)

It's not lazy programming - think of it like this: Alec solved thousands upon thousands of bugs and glitches, but all that is taken for granted - only the few remaining bugs are noticed. Just pulling your leg, Cryzbl. :P

Nice aren't they Cryzbl :-\ :P lol Yes sarcasm is hard to spot, but with a careful use of the smileys it becomes a lot easier to recognise :P

I did manage the jump across to the temple tonight, but going back is proving to be hard especially when Naija doesn't jump in the direction of your curser half the time :(
