Hullo bit-blot folks.
I just recently purchased and played through Aquaria (on the mac) and... yeah... wow. "Excellent" just doesn't cover it. I've always enjoyed games that provide a large world with lots of little nooks and crannies to explore. The recipe system and collectibles were the icing on the cake. It was also nice to see things like Ekkrit and the turtle god and other creatures that you don't have to kill or 'use' but who are just there doing their own thing.
While I do have a couple of gripes with the game, they shrink to insignificance with the overall effect which amounted to complete and unadulterated awesome. Oh, and all else aside, the game looked bloody superb.
So... umm... good job!

Keep 'em coming. Generic praise threads are what Alec and Derek snack on during the cold hours of early morning, and when they run out, they start looking for human flesh.
... or so I've heard.

Hi Zhukov, I second Quemaqua and Hiro's words and I'm sure that Alec and Derek will when they read your post. Somehow I think that they are both very busy right now though. ;D

Yummmmm *snack snack*
Truth is, we eat generic praise as garnish on our human flesh sandwiches! >:D
But this isn't generic praise at all! It's succulent, sweet, personally-crafted indie praise. So the humans will survive for yet another day!
Thank, Zhukov!

Yes, such rare delicacies are enough to satisfy even the most bloodthirsty palate. :)
