Hi there,
I just bought this game, after expecting for more than a year. Great job, I'm enjoying it in my Mac Pro.
But, I have an issue with my 360 wireless gamepad, as I'm using this driver:
http://tattiebogle.net/index.php/ProjectRoot/Xbox360Controller/OsxDriver
with no issues at all in its own control panel, or in ZSNES. But I can't get Aquaria to detect any of my buttons inside the keymap option.
Hope you can give me a workaround to play this great game with this great controller.
Cheers!

I'm sorry Guidii I can't help you sort this problem out, but if you post it in suport you should get the help you require sooner :) Good luck I hope that Alec or someone more tchnically minded can come to your assistance very soon and solve it for you :)

Hey gidii, if you could re-post this over at the Ambrosia forums it might get a bit more attention (Ambrosia ported the mac version)

If you don't want to make an account, I can post it for ya'.

Zam,
If you can post it for me, that would be great!
I'm very sorry for posting this in wrong forum / forum section, I thought that part was from the bit-blot devs, but thinking it more it has to be a problem in the por calling system specific API's for the control readings.
Thanks again.
Cheers!

If Derek was still active on the forum, you'd probably see your subject as [MOVED] Gamepad support in OS X? With a friendly pre-written message underneath. ;)
BTW: does the xbox 360 controller work on a mac? I doubt it for some reason. :)

I use one with my Mac. (wired)

Ahh, thanks. I suppose the Microsoft/Apple conflict doesn't extend that far. Now if only that was true for Microsoft Word (The 2007 Windows version has more features than the one in 2008 for the Mac).

Great you've got your help :)

Yeah, the bad thing is that i dont have any wired one, just wireless ones.
By the way, are you using any driver to run with it, Alec? I'm using the one posted in my first message, and for all other software I've tried, It worked very well.
Cheers!

Thank you very much, Zam.
I'm going to try mapping the gamepad to keys.
Wish me good luck! ;)
