Title: Unlocking the secret ending *possible spoilers?*

Before you continue to read: I'm not talking about what exactly is shown in the endings. Please don't spoil me, I haven't finished the game yet!

Alright, having said that... I have found all memories. The one in the Abyss, the one in Mithalas and the one in The Veil. But that means I've unlocked the secret ending without having seen the normal one...

My question: Does the secret ending replace the normal ending? If not, will it play before or after the normal one?

I really want to see both endings, hence the question. ;)

I have only seen the "secret" ending but i am quite sure that you will not miss anything, the secret just adds a bit extra storyline after the normal ending.

Yes, that's right. You only miss an encrypted message about the secret ending you missed. Besides that, the secret ending just adds something.

I'm really glad it doesn't replace the normal ending (except for the encrypted message), especially since I accidentally overwrote the file with just two Lost Memories a couple of days ago. I felt really bad about it, I was afraid to miss out on something.

It's weird, though. I had no idea where the Lost Memories where located, I just happened to find them all. But I must admit I cheated with the Whale: I once ran into the song, but forgot to take a note of it. So I searched for the song on the forums. I didn't know it would lead me to the last Lost Memory I had to get, though.

I don't know, getting all treasures is way harder than getting the Secret ending if you ask me. :D

Yep, and I was forever searching for the last memory treasure until I noticed that the third cooking slot looks exactly like an empty treasure place. :P

I've read that post a few times now and I just don't understand it.  You thought the last memory took up space in the treasure menu and you mistakenly thought the 3rd cooking slot was that?  What are you trying to say Xiagan?

I was hoping finding all treasures would unlock something neat.  An extra costume, an extra area, a congratulations message, an editable section of your home cave to work as you see fit...that sort of thing.  Because like you said, it really is much harder than finding all the memories (even though each memory takes more work).
