Title: So I would be lying if I said that this isn't a newb question.

After playing the demo and LOVING it, I decided to buy the game.

:D


It seems like it took forever and three days for the money to transfer to my paypal account tho. Today it arrived, and the visual stupor hasn't yet  stopped.


Soooooo, I noticed that there are new versions of the game out(or what I THINK may be out) for on the home there are  screenies of them. Now the question is, where are the patches for them?

The version I was given is 1.0.3.


There is a high probability that I am just absolutely blind in finding the patches in the Aquaria folder or that there are no patches and I do have the latest version, in which case I apologize, so feel free to find the nearest blunt object to hit me with.

Don't worry, you do have the newest patch. It is included in the actual download version.
The pics you see are for 1.1.0 which isn't released yet. :)

Yeah, 1.1.0 will come out some time after the Mac version is done. The Mac version's about to start beta... soon!

Not to hijack a topic, but 1.1.0 is still also gonna be the one to add widescreen support, right?  That'll be great.  I've actually not bought it yet because of that :(

Nah, that pic is actually from a different topic of when Alec was developing the widescreen and realised that he could now make it pretty much any size. Ergo, massive screenshot. But that was just him messing around AFAIK.

Agreed. If someone hacks the game to let us view the whole world with Naija barely 10 pixels high I'd take it. :D
