Title: Newbie help please !

OK,  call me a dunce, but I've explored everywhere I can, have a bunch of ingredients for recipes, and now I can't go anywhere else.  I can't find the song to give me the Bind spell so I can move rocks to unlock other areas.   Where do I go from here?    H...E...L...P...!!!

Is there a help section I'm missing out on?

First of all, this belongs in the gameplay forum.  Second, if you look around the middle-left side of your home waters you'll find a passage with distinctly different architecture blocked off by a large rock.

Glamador, he seeks for the bind spell, so how is this helping?

And about your problem: There is a walkthrouh for the first part added in the game folder.
