Title: Cannot find Li in the Li Cave- Help

I have a ton of the forms, including sun form, beast form, nature form, and fish form. What I can't find is Li. I've been to the veil, been to a place called the Licave. The only thing I see in there is a kitchen and a tent. I went to the part marked on my map as "Li song" but I see nothing there. Help!

He is swimming around in the veil.
You need to find him there and chase him in to the cave.

He looks like a human diver (he is one, that may be the reason ;)) and is not far from the cave, but definitely outside.

With those old-school diver helmet, instead of mask or goggles.

Also, there are only 8 forms, not tons. =p
