im stuck and i cant figure out how or where to get nature form  please help getting discouraged

Do you have Beast Form?

i have fish,energy,and the first one and im in open waters

East of Home Waters is Mithalas, wherein you can find Beast Form.

Nature form is in the Kelp Forest, off one of the "higher" areas.
